Shipping

Every Zavelian order is packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.

United States shipping

• Standard shipping (3–6 business days): $6.95 — free on orders over $75
• Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95
• Overnight (1 business day, order by 12pm ET): $24.95
• All US orders are fully tracked and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

International shipping

• Standard international (7–15 business days): calculated at checkout
• Duties and taxes may be payable on delivery, depending on your country's regulations
• Tracking is provided for every international order

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to hello@zavelian.com and we'll follow up personally.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact hello@zavelian.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
