How long do the earbuds last on a charge?+
Battery life depends on volume and playback — enough for a full night for most customers, with the case ready to top them up.
How do I charge them?+
Place the earbuds in the charging case. Charge the case using the included USB-C cable.
How long does a full charge take?+
Approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
What is the charging case capacity?+
350 mAh — enough for multiple nights of use before the case needs recharging.

How do I clean them?+
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.

Every pair is covered by a 1-year Zavelian warranty against manufacturing defects.
