Returns & the 30-Night Trial

Rest is personal. We want you to feel completely at ease with your Zavelian, which is why every order comes with a 30-night home trial.

How it works

1. Sleep with your Zavelian for up to 30 nights.
2. If it doesn't help you rest better, email hello@zavelian.com with your order number.
3. We'll send you a prepaid US return label (or return instructions for international customers).
4. Once your item arrives back with us, we'll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Product should be returned with all included accessories and the original charging case.
• For hygiene, we replace the silicone tips before any pair is inspected.
• International customers cover return shipping.

Warranty

Beyond the 30-night trial, every Zavelian is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, we'll replace or refund — no debate.
